Rosé Herzstück 2022

Two wineries, two wine regions. In Durbach, a side valley with a unique fresh and cool microclimate, Matthias Wörner – the partner of Laura Seufert – has his vineyard. There, they harvested the Spätburgunder grapes together and started the fermentation with skin contact. In Iphofen, Laura continued the aging process in oak, and bottled the wine unfiltered and without sulfur: "When two origins merge into one."
