This is where it gets more serious. Blend of muscat, sauvignon, gewürztraminer and riesling. Skin maceration for 21 days and fully fermented in tonneaux, 500-litre barrels. Only 10 mg/L of sulphites added before bottling. Extremely stable.

Biodynamic wine from pinot gris grapes with 10 days of skin contact. Soft coppery, grayish and slightly roof tile red. Juicy in flavor, slightly dairy-like and with good "grip. Juicy, friendly but not too easy.

The LAU Rotling liter is a very fruitful, exciting light red wine with texture and good acidity. Totally dry. Raspberry, red currant, soft bitters and fairly long and unctuous. Innately fermented biodynamic juice!

Unfiltered pinot blanc with traction. Light oxidative - like a "Jura wine. Lemongrass zest, spices, blossom.... Complex. Open a few hours before drinking. Hannes Bergdoll is one of the top talents of the Southern Palatinate!

Great Deidesheimer Spätburgunder in Gutswein quality. Chapeau Michael Andres! An entry-level standard. Ridiculously good in this league.
