An aromatic Palate with fermented tea, grape must, floral notes (chamomile/flower), light citrus, and subtle hints of honey and soft vinegary notes. Taste: soft, smooth, and juicy, with a pleasant balance between fruitiness and floral freshness. The finish is mild, slightly fruity with spicy undertones — an elegant and layered experience. Color: slightly cloudy golden yellow.

Empress Brut is best enjoyed well chilled (preferably around 41–50 °F) and pairs perfectly with light dishes such as fish, white meat, vegetables, or delicate appetizers. Also ideal as an aperitif, with snacks, or as a festive non-alcoholic “toast” during dinners, parties, or moments of relaxation.
