Riesling grapes from the Winninger Domgarten. Matured without any intervention for 15 months before being bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of SO2 (total SO2 is 13 mg/l). 2024-2031. Decant for the best drinking pleasure!

The entry-level Seckinger wine. Orangey-pink in colour. Aromas of orange and raspberry. Lightly spicy. Gentle, mild taste with plenty of depth. Another sip! Only 10% alcohol. Organic and with little added sulphites.

Bone-dry Müller-Thurgau made from fruit harvested from ungrafted vines in the Winninger Domgarten. It was fermented and aged on its raw and fine yeast in a mixture of oak and stainless steel tanks. Is now slowly reaching drinking age. 2024-2030.

Bone-dry blend of Riesling (80%) and Müller-Thurgau (20%) from vines between 7 and 70 years old from steep vineyards. Fermented without intervention and only5 mg/L total So2. Flocking good!

Great Deidesheimer Spätburgunder in Gutswein quality. Chapeau Michael Andres! An entry-level standard. Ridiculously good in this league.

Biodynamic wine from pinot gris grapes with 10 days of skin contact. Soft coppery, grayish and slightly roof tile red. Juicy in flavor, slightly dairy-like and with good "grip. Juicy, friendly but not too easy.

Succulent liter from 80% merlot and 20% dornfelder grapes. Partly matured in wood (20%) and with spontaneous fermentation.

Petnat made from riesling and scheurebe grapes. Juicy, delicate acidity and sparkle. This is the Petnat you desire. Not too much yeast in the bottle and an elevating taste. Opp Nat is Petnat from Oppenheim.
