Description
The juice of Müller-Thurgau grapes is infused with a variety of herbs and plants for several days. Like tea, but without any heating of temperature. The (wild) herbs that are added: thyme, mallow, juniper berries, camomile, nettle and rosemary. For extra fraicheur, a little ginger and lemon is added. Before filling slighly filtered and gentle amount of Co2 added.
