Great Deidesheimer Spätburgunder in Gutswein quality. Chapeau Michael Andres! An entry-level standard. Ridiculously good in this league. Quite natural!

Finest rosé from pinot noir, cabernet, frühburgunder, dornfelder and regent grapes. Slightly ( exciting) reductive. Cherries and spices. A rosé that gets better after decanting, where do you find that now? No sulfites added.

Spätburgunder with a very small dose of sulfite added just before bottling. Almost entirely (90%) 'whole bunch' fermentation. As a result fruit-forward with hints of greenness and earthiness. Exciting and pure!

Delicious “orange” wine from Seckinger. The sauvignon blanc grapes were fermented 'whole bunch'' in amphorae. The Muscat grapes underwent partial maceration-carbonique and were aged further in "tonneau". No sulfites added. Pure O nature!

Very delicate Verjus. From ‘green’ grapes. Harvested in summer. Extremely lovely base for 0% alcohol drinks.

Pinot blanc with both fruit and smoky hints. Delicate and complex. Mild oak nuances.
