Wine from Palatinate

This is where it gets more serious. Blend of muscat, sauvignon, gewürztraminer and riesling. Skin maceration for 21 days and fully fermented in tonneaux, 500-litre barrels. Only 10 mg/L of sulphites added before bottling. Extremely stable.

Unfiltered pinot blanc with traction. Light oxidative - like a "Jura wine. Lemongrass zest, spices, blossom.... Complex. Open a few hours before drinking. Hannes Bergdoll is one of the top talents of the Southern Palatinate!

The Rosa pinot noir from Seckinger is a light, vibrant red wine. Red fruit as raspberries and strawberries. Balanced acidity and a trnasparant light colour. Chill it please.

Slightly cloudy. Scent of wax and green herbs. As well as quince and flowers. Some reduction. Wonderful acidity. Great interpretation of this great Jura grape.

This is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier. Raised in used tonneaux, Stück barrels and a little stainless steel. The fruit is from around the sandstone and loess soils of Deidesheim.
