Kontakt Weiss is a cuvée from 50% Riesling, 50% Müller Thurgau grapes. Direct press MT, Riesling macerated for 6 hours before pressing. 8 months of ageing in barriques/tonneau.

Bone-dry Müller-Thurgau made from fruit harvested from ungrafted vines in the Winninger Domgarten. It was fermented and aged on its raw and fine yeast in a mixture of oak and stainless steel tanks. Is now slowly reaching drinking age. 2024-2030.

Bone-dry blend of Riesling (80%) and Müller-Thurgau (20%) from vines between 7 and 70 years old from steep vineyards. Fermented without intervention and only5 mg/L total So2. Flocking good!

Cuvée from riesling, sauvignon and silvaner topped with a handful of bacchus grapes. Dangerously drinkable. Juicy, light-bodied but not too acidic.

Müller-Thurgau is considered a sparkling, fruity white wine. Not only, but that‘s why it is also suitable for a naughty vinification on the mash. Elated, fleet-footed and refreshing, virtually the ideal entry-level wine into the world of “Orange“ wines!
