How the World Learned to Love Orange Wine

Pinot Gris, mostly destemmed and fermented on skins for 14 days, 8 months of ageing in barriques.

Cuvée from Bacchus, Kerner and Müller-Thurgau. Ten days of maceration and ageing on barrels.

A wild cuvée of Riesing & Müller-Thurgau from a mix of terraced vineyards and steep slopes in Winningen and Lehmen.
