Lovely blend with plenty of energy. Impression of pear and lychee along with very very fine acidity. Floral, spicy, low in alcohol (11%). Very drinkable. Bridging between ‘classic’ and ‘natural’. Only 12 mg So2 added. Short skin contact.

Has a touch of Chablis in the palate. Offering bright acidity, flint, citrus, minerals, and green-yellow apples. Fresh and tingling. With tension in each sip. Perfect as an appetizer! (note: Winelife). Winelife Chardonnay tasting in fall 2025.

Fresh, non-alcoholic sparkling wine. A good sparkle, with lovely fruity notes. Relatively dry (5 grams of sugar per 100 ml).

The latest cuvee from Carl Koch's cellar. Lovely chardonnay characteristics but German style. Butter, caramel, lemon and ripe apple. Delicious by itself, with fish or during après-ski.

Delicate styled chardonnay. 'Stony' or 'mineral'. Very good acidity and considerable length. Apple and flint. A challenger of mid-range Burgundy!

Elbling with 30mg/l of sulphite. Landwein from the Upper Mosel. Slight maceration on the skins. Added a handful of Roter Elbling. Grip, tension and length.

Kontakt Weiss is a cuvée from 50% Riesling, 50% Müller Thurgau grapes. Direct press MT, Riesling macerated for 6 hours before pressing. 8 months of ageing in barriques/tonneau.

Ramilo Nativas Branco 2024 is an organic, multi-layered white wine from the Lisbon region of Portugal, made from 50% Vital, 30% Arinto, and 20% Malvasia grapes. Characterized by pronounced minerality, a hint of saltiness, and a lively structure.

Demeter wine and “Trinkfluss” in a bottle. A wonderful Riesling from schiefer (slate) soil. Pair it with ceviche or dishes with an Asian-spicy base.

Goudreinet apple, ripe apricot and delicate acidity. Nutty-spicy finish. A highly refined Pinot Blanc from 28-year-old vines made by a 21 year old wine-maker!
