Pétillant Naturel in optima forma. Yeasty and fresh and tangy. Clean and refreshing. Aromatic- succulent. Added a Petnat nevertheless, too good to ignore. Cheers!

Lovely blend with plenty of energy. Impression of pear and lychee along with very very fine acidity. Floral, spicy, low in alcohol (11%). Very drinkable. Bridging between ‘classic’ and ‘natural’. Only 12 mg So2 added. Short skin contact.
