Sparkling

A refreshing, alcohol-free sparkling wine. It has a nice fizz and a light raspberry flavor. It's on the dry side (6 grams of sugar per 100 ml).

The fizzy, non-alcoholic answer to mediocre alcohol-free wine. For any occasion and for the entire family. Fruity (but not too sweet) grape juice with selected wild herbs and refreshing fizz. Be Free alcohol-free: unique drinking for the whole family!

Méthode traditionnelle. delicate sparkle and lovely salmon color. gentle fruit, and brioche.

A co-production of Seckinger and Griesel / Von Wiesen from the Hessische Bergstrasse. Seckinger's spicy, wild acid rosé 2021 is the base. Added to this is 10% blackcurrant juice from Von Wiesen. Unique bottling with a fine sparkle.

AUSVERKAUFT

There is a hint of “natural” funk in the aftertaste but this just adds to the complexity and beauty of this amazing Sekt. What a great success! 2024-2029. Mosel Fine Wines No67 Sept 2023.

This is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier. Raised in used tonneaux, Stück barrels and a little stainless steel. The fruit is from around the sandstone and loess soils of Deidesheim.
