One of the all-time best Rieslings in Germany for us! Complex, dense, powerful but delicate at the same time. Multi-dimensional.

Lovely blend with plenty of energy. Impression of pear and lychee along with very very fine acidity. Floral, spicy, low in alcohol (11%). Very drinkable. Bridging between ‘classic’ and ‘natural’. Only 12 mg So2 added. Short skin contact.

Pinot Noir, German Style. Lively with fresh acidity.

Pétillant Naturel in optima forma. Yeasty and fresh and tangy. Clean and refreshing. Aromatic- succulent. Added a Petnat nevertheless, too good to ignore. Cheers!
