Salmon rosy color. Rounded palate feel, but not too sugary. Good acidity from the pinot noir. Full-textured rosé from organic grapes. Approachable but interesting. Well done Weingut J. Neus!

Elbling with 30mg/l of sulphite. Landwein from the Upper Mosel. Slight maceration on the skins. Added a handful of Roter Elbling. Grip, tension and length.

Grosses Gewächs (GG) = German Grand Cru. Plenty of finesse. This is the elegant - feminine - version of the GG. Soft tannins, layers of taste and great length. 22 months of aging in barrique.

Villa Neus Rouge. Very unusual - very well done - blend of 1/3 Spätburgunder, 1/3 Merlot and 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon. Smells of fruit and a bit of farmyard or leather.

Powerful chardonnay with aromas of nuts, slight caramel and yeast/flowers. Beautiful salty, mineral-like taste in in which the usage of oak is purely supportive. Wine to keep, but already very tasty decanted! Small stock. Small allocation.

Dazzling smell. Depth and elegance. Creaminess ánd delicate acidity. This GG Pares Spätburgunder has it all. Immense complexity. In our opinion, one of Germany's most impressive elegant Spätburgunders. Max 3 bottles per customer.

Great Deidesheimer Spätburgunder in Gutswein quality. Chapeau Michael Andres! An entry-level standard. Ridiculously good in this league. Quite natural!

Finest rosé from pinot noir, cabernet, frühburgunder, dornfelder and regent grapes. Slightly ( exciting) reductive. Cherries and spices. A rosé that gets better after decanting, where do you find that now? No sulfites added.

Spätburgunder with a very small dose of sulfite added just before bottling. Almost entirely (90%) 'whole bunch' fermentation. As a result fruit-forward with hints of greenness and earthiness. Exciting and pure!

Fresh, floral and structured. Ripe yellow fruit combined with nutty and slightly smoky notes. A fantastic natural wine. Juicy, lots of length and fresh lively acidity.

Great rosé from Stefanie and Georg Renner! Gentle fruit (strawberry and red berries) and on the other side also “crisp” with subtle acidity. Created out of Blaufränkisch -, and Zweigelt grapes from Burgenland.

Delicious “orange” wine from Seckinger. The sauvignon blanc grapes were fermented 'whole bunch'' in amphorae. The Muscat grapes underwent partial maceration-carbonique and were aged further in "tonneau". No sulfites added. Pure O nature!

Superb pinot noir from Tobias Feiden from Winningen. Aged for 24 months on barrique and with 20% 'whole bunch' fermentation.
