Riesling from Piesport and St. Aldegund, cold maceration, 14 months of ageing in tonneau.

Riesling from Valwiger Herrenberg (40-70 year old vines, mostly ungrafted, grey slate and grauwacke, exposition south) crushed and macerated overnight before pressing, 26 months of ageing in barrique/tonneau.

Kontakt Weiss is a cuvée from 50% Riesling, 50% Müller Thurgau grapes. Direct press MT, Riesling macerated for 6 hours before pressing. 8 months of ageing in barriques/tonneau.

Cuvée of cabernet sauvignon and sankt-laurent. 18 months of barrel aging and three vintages! Complex and refined juicy wine with soft tannins. Einzigartig - delicious!

Beautifully aged Spätburgunder rosé. Soft acidity, refined tannins. Naturally made, unfiltered, and a true recommendation for wine-enthusiasts.

The VILLA NEUS Blanc VDP.Gutswein combines aromas of local and exotic fruit and has a juicy flavour. This is accompanied by soft bitters, a nice touch of reduction and a bit of tension. Excellent organic ‘entry-level’ white from J. Neus.

Delicate styled chardonnay. 'Stony' or 'mineral'. Very good acidity and considerable length. Apple and flint. A challenger of mid-range Burgundy!

This wine was spontaneously and openly fermented on the mash with natural yeast. The oxidation process was promoted during fermentation.

Salmon rosy color. Rounded palate feel, but not too sugary. Good acidity from the pinot noir. Full-textured rosé from organic grapes. Approachable but interesting. Well done Weingut J. Neus!

Elbling with 30mg/l of sulphite. Landwein from the Upper Mosel. Slight maceration on the skins. Added a handful of Roter Elbling. Grip, tension and length.

Grosses Gewächs (GG) = German Grand Cru. Plenty of finesse. This is the elegant - feminine - version of the GG. Soft tannins, layers of taste and great length. 22 months of aging in barrique.
