This wine was spontaneously and openly fermented on the mash with natural yeast. The oxidation process was promoted during fermentation.

Delicate sparkle made from pinot noir and pinot meunier (Schwarzriesling) grapes. Brut - with only 4 g of sugar per liter. Elegant, precise and with a decent touch of wood (vanilla). Fruit notes: raspberry and cherry.

Skin macerated Pinot Gris. Unfiltered and unfined.

Superb pinot noir from Tobias Feiden from Winningen. Aged for 24 months on barrique and with 20% 'whole bunch' fermentation.

Spätburgunder with a very small dose of sulfite added just before bottling. Almost entirely (90%) 'whole bunch' fermentation. As a result fruit-forward with hints of greenness and earthiness. Exciting and pure!

Made from Grauburgunder, hand-harvested on September 14th and grown on the Kalkmergel and Muschelkalk soils of the Petersberg, one of the highest hills in Rheinhessen.

Julien Renard's Riesling Blonde is not a Riesling, as you might expect from the name, but a so-called grape ale or beer-wine hybrid.

Cuvée from mostly Pinot Gris with a pinch of Pinot Noir, both grown on slate. The name is a nickname for this group of vineyards.
