Riesling from Piesport and St. Aldegund, cold maceration, 14 months of ageing in tonneau.

This wine was spontaneously and openly fermented on the mash with natural yeast. The oxidation process was promoted during fermentation.

Skin macerated Pinot Gris. Unfiltered and unfined.

Superb pinot noir from Tobias Feiden from Winningen. Aged for 24 months on barrique and with 20% 'whole bunch' fermentation.

Spätburgunder with a very small dose of sulfite added just before bottling. Almost entirely (90%) 'whole bunch' fermentation. As a result fruit-forward with hints of greenness and earthiness. Exciting and pure!
