Cuvée from Bacchus, Kerner and Müller-Thurgau. Ten days of maceration and ageing on barrels.

Chardonnay with plenty of character and delicious gastronomic finesse.

Bone-dry blend of Riesling (80%) and Müller-Thurgau (20%) from vines between 7 and 70 years old from steep vineyards. Fermented without intervention and only5 mg/L total So2. Flocking good!

Delicious “orange” wine from Seckinger. The sauvignon blanc grapes were fermented 'whole bunch'' in amphorae. The Muscat grapes underwent partial maceration-carbonique and were aged further in "tonneau". No sulfites added. Pure O nature!

Riesling from Piesport and St. Aldegund, cold maceration, 14 months of ageing in tonneau.

This wine was spontaneously and openly fermented on the mash with natural yeast. The oxidation process was promoted during fermentation.
