Rosa is a natural non-alcoholic alternative. Organic grapes ‘ encounter’ the craftsmanship of a Michelin-starred chef in this bottle.

Méthode traditionnelle. delicate sparkle and lovely salmon color. gentle fruit, and brioche.

Delicate styled chardonnay. 'Stony' or 'mineral'. Very good acidity and considerable length. Apple and flint. A challenger of mid-range Burgundy!

Elbling with 30mg/l of sulphite. Landwein from the Upper Mosel. Slight maceration on the skins. Added a handful of Roter Elbling. Grip, tension and length.

Blend of 1/3 Elbling, 1/3 Pinot Gris and 1/3 Chardonnay. Landwein der Mosel. Color of Onion skin (see photo). Sulfur 25 mg/l. Soft start and well-rounded flavor. But beware! Piquant refined acidity in the aftertaste. Beautiful 3-unity. Bravo Jonas Dostert

Kontakt Weiss is a cuvée from 50% Riesling, 50% Müller Thurgau grapes. Direct press MT, Riesling macerated for 6 hours before pressing. 8 months of ageing in barriques/tonneau.
