Light golden, unfiltered Riesling with aromas of vanilla, citrus, lemongrass, pear and apple. Subtle notes of nut, white pepper and spicy yeast. Dry, yet a round mouthfeel. Slight oak influence.

Fragrant, fresh and exotic. You'll want another glass of this! The subtle skin contact makes this a fine accessible ‘amber’ wine. A colourful cuvée of Chardonnay, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Muscat Ottonell and Pinot Blanc.

Pinot gris with 5 days of skin contact. Smooth and juicy on the palate. Raspberry and mildly spicy.
