This is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier. Raised in used tonneaux, Stück barrels and a little stainless steel. The fruit is from around the sandstone and loess soils of Deidesheim.

Delicate pinot noir from 70% de-stemmed fruit picked in a prime section of the Winninger Domgarten. Bravo Tobi!

Fresh, floral and structured. Ripe yellow fruit combined with nutty and slightly smoky notes. A fantastic natural wine. Juicy, lots of length and fresh lively acidity.
