Els Ecos is a wine of very limited production and a mix between red and white grapes!. Looking for the minimum intervention, the wine is made with an aging on its lees of 6 months and a minimum of 6 months in bottle. Low in alcohol, it is a delicate, soft wine with an acidity that gives it a long structure and aftertaste.
