Cuvée Weiss 2020

A light orange wine from Rheinhessen – a blend of Huxelrebe, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe and Riesling. Semi-maceration carbonique and five days of skin contact on the Huxelrebe and Scheurebe, while the Müller-Thurgau and Riesling were whole bunch pressed. Aged on its full lees for 11 months in stainless steel tanks, bottled unfiltered and unfined – with just a minute hint of sulphites. Light and seductive, with only 10% alcohol, it’s fresh and crisp, with a ton of yellow and green fruit, plus wild flowers and herbs.
