A spacey cuvée of Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Muskat Ottonell and Weissburgunder. The grapes were fermented spontaneously and the various varieties were left on the skins between 12 hours and 7 days – the blend dancing on the edge of being an ‘orange’ wine. It was aged on its lees in old oak barrels and amphoras, before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no sulphites added. It's playful and exuberant, offering aromas of apricot, liquorice, chalk and lavender. It’s inviting and dangerously drinkable, with pleasing notes of tangerine, ginger and lime.
