Dewy's Drop 2020

One-of-a-kind natural Riesling from Germany's Terrassenmosel, only 246 bottles were made. Structured, serious and laser-focused, with just a dash of funk to keep it interesting. From very old vines (100+ years) in a single, terraced vineyard with a soil of blue slate. Spontaneously fermented, full malolactic fermentation, aged for 11 months in old French oak barrels, bottled unfiltered, unfined, without added sulphites.
